When sisters Rebecca Vaughn and Rachel Laug were young girls they often talked about having a salon together. In 2005, their dream became reality with the opening of Sorella Hair Design in Cascade. Aptly named Sorella which means sister in Italian, owners Rebecca and Rachel strive to make their customers feel like family. The salon’s atmosphere is friendly, the environment is comfortable, and the service is genuine.
At Sorella, employee teamwork, loyalty, and continuing education are valued and it shows in the high level of styling services provided, the top-quality hair and nail products offered, and the client satisfaction achieved. Rachel says, “We expect each employee to continue their education as hair stylists so we can provide our clients with the best work possible.”
Sorella Hair Design makes it a priority to give back to the community by sharing their time, talent, and financial support. Without the support of the community, Rachel and Rebecca realize they would not be able to stay in business.
Pricing is reasonable and discounts are given to students at Sorella. (Think proms and graduations!) As a special treat, the salon offers Bridal/Wedding Party Packages for groups of five or more. All of them include a complimentary pre-wedding hair consultation for the bride and an exclusive booking of the salon on the wedding day.
